Tax After Coronavirus

The House of Commons Treasury Select Committee is carrying out looking at the tax challenges that the country will face coming out of the coronavirus pandemic. It is asking not only what level of taxation the economy can bear but also what parts of the tax system are most in need of reform. Tax and the Family have pointed out that many families who will be most affected by Covid are already bearing a disproportionate share of the tax burden and that this needs to be addressed.
